Members of the McGee-Lawrence Lab at Augusta University’s Medical College of Georgia participated in the 40th Annual Graduate Research Day, held on March 13-14, 2025. This event, hosted by The Graduate School, provides a platform for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to showcase their latest research findings to faculty, peers, and the broader scientific community.
Our lab’s PhD students and postdoctoral fellows presented their research posters, contributing to the exchange of innovative ideas in the field of skeletal biology. Their work highlights cutting-edge findings in bone and muscle research, further reinforcing the lab’s reputation for excellence in musculoskeletal studies.
The event featured postdoctoral fellow oral presentations, a poster session sponsored by Fisher Scientific/Phi Kappa Phi, and a keynote address on genetics and hypertension. Engaging with researchers from diverse disciplines allowed our team to gain valuable insights and foster potential collaborations.
Congratulations to our PhD students and postdocs for their successful presentations and for representing the McGee-Lawrence Lab at this prestigious university-wide event!
