American Society for Bone and Mineral Research · 2026 Class of Fellows
Congratulations to Dr. Meghan McGee-Lawrence, Ph.D., Regents’ Professor and Chair of the Department of Cellular Biology and Anatomy at Augusta University, who has been elected to the 2026 class of Fellows of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR).
The Fellow of the ASBMR designation honors long-standing members who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to the Society through volunteer service, made outstanding contributions to the field of bone and mineral science, and published their work in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research (JBMR) and/or JBMR Plus. Candidates are nominated by their peers and undergo evaluation and selection by a review committee before final approval by the ASBMR Council.
This honor reflects Dr. McGee-Lawrence’s years of dedication to advancing bone and mineral research and her leadership within the field. All of us in the lab are proud to celebrate this well-earned recognition.
